Work harder on yourself than you do on your job ~ Jim Rohn
Well class, here we are on another Friday and it’s homework time. I’ve got some great posts to share with you this week. So run along, copy these down, take some notes and have a great weekend.
Leadership and your team: Open book or Closed book?
by Adrian Swinscoe of Ideas for Business Growth
This is a great reminder by Adrian about the importance of running an open leadership style.
“Involving your team, colleagues and peers in how things are going, what you think needs to happen, asking for suggestions/new ideas and where you could use some help can produce some fantastic improvements in results, engagement, motivation and productivity.” – Adrian Swinsoce
Finding The Pieces To The Puzzle or The Interview With Yours Truly…and YOU
by Lana Kravtsova of daringclarity.com
I’ve recently found the amazing site that is daringclarity.com and this particular post has inspired me so much that I will soon be conducting the same interview here on 6aliens.com.
“Clarity starts from knowing yourself. When you are clear on who you are and do everything in alignment with who you are, the World responds.” – Lana Kravtsova
Darren Hardy Interviews Jim Rohn
by Darren Hardy of Success.com
I’m such a big Jim Rohn fan. Everything he says makes sense and helps to inspire me on to bigger and better things. This audio interview is full of wonderful pearls of wisdom. RIP Jim Rohn.
“The most important question to ask on the job is not “What am I getting?” The most important question to ask on the job is “What am I becoming?” – Jim Rohn
Have a great weekend everyone and don’t forget to hand your homework in on Monday morning!

lol Some great reads here Ben, can't wait to get onto them, but you have me giggling at the thought of all your lovely readers handing their home work in on Monday. Didn't anyone tell you it's the holidays? Can we get an extension?
Seriously though, thanks for bringing these to our attention. I would have missed them otherwise.

Yup need to be in Eleanor and no excuses please.
Enjoy the Rohn interview Lana – it's awesome.
Hi, my name is Jeremy Johnson. I recently discovered your site and like what I see – another person who is doing awesome things and providing useful, uplifting, and inspirational messages. I like the interview from Lana at Daring Clarity – it's in-depth and is more than just, “What am I supposed to be doing?”
I look forward to reading more from you. Thanks!
Hi Jeremy. It's great to have you here. I'm really honoured that you really enjoy what you've read here.

I particularly like the DaringClarity.com site. I'll definitely visit that one often.
That's a cool quote from Jim Rohn, I watched some of his videos, great voice and a great mind. May he rest in piece.
I especially like his former student Anthony Robbins.
PS. Lana seems to be everywhere nowadays. She's spreading her message fast
Hi Julius – great to have you here again.
Yeah Lana is definitely appearing everywhere at the moment so you'll see a lot of her. She's great
Hi Mars. I got in to Jim Rohn recently and hiss words are really having a profound affect on me. As you say he had a great mind.
