6aliens.com becomes part of something much more

So I’m really excited about today. I’ve been building to today for a while now and I’m really excited to be sharing something very cool with you all. This is a really big shift for both me and 6aliens.com and I hope you can all be as excited as me.

From today, 6aliens.com is part of thebenlumley.com, my own personal site that is going to allow me to offer my services to a much wider audience and ultimately help me to achieve my dreams of helping and supporting as many people as I can. The blog will remain the same but will simply now become a part of the new site, so no need to change your RSS feeds, links or the like.

Why thebenlumley.com?

Simply because it’s important to me to have a strong personal brand as I move forward. 6aliens.com is such an amazing brand but I also want me, Ben Lumley, to be a strong as well. So there you have it, thats why.

There a new theme (if you’re reading this on RSS come and check it out) but most importantly there are some fab new pages.

Speaker:

A place for visitors, potential clients, to get a great idea of my speaking capabilities and talents. I’m currently working on a new show reel video showcasing my speaking – so keep an eye out for that one.

Coach:

I’m starting to dip my toe into the water of coaching, so I think its a great time to offer this service to everyone. If you’re interested in doing some coaching with me then get in touch and we’ll book some time in to get you reaching your dreams.

Writer:

As many people here know me as a writer, this page will be nothing new but for new visitors to thebenlumley.com it will be ideal place for them to develop an understanding of what I do as a writer. It will also be the place to find out about my books (there’s one in development right now!) and other literary master pieces.

A special offer

A new release of something wouldn’t be any good without a special offer would it, so here’s mine. To celebrate the launch of thebenlumley.com and my coaching service I am offering you, the loyal readers of 6aliens.com, the chance to recieve something really special. It’s really important to me that you get the best possible help when trying to achieve your goals in life so if I feel that I’m not in a position to give you that I will try and find someone who can.     This is pretty sweet Ben. So you are still maintaining 6Aliens as your blogging tool and BenLumley.com as your portfolio? Just make sure I am reading this right. This is fantastic that you are taking the steps to showcase your skills and make them more available for a bigger community. Also I love the new layout for both sites. Check mine out I am still getting some of the cosmetics worked out but I have big plans now.

      Yup Ryan, 6aliens.com is staying but my personal brand is going to develop too. Undecided on the Twitter username at the mo – will have to mull that one over for a bit.
