“The greatest barrier to success is the fear of failure.” Sven Goran Eriksson
As Marianne Williamson said of our deepest fears, "your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do." Yet we do shrink. We do hide ourselves because of our fears. We do hold ourselves back when we should step forward. But why?

Marianne said that our deepest fear is that we're powerful beyond measure. She was right. However, I believe there are two lesser fears that stop most people in their tracks and greatly hamper their success.

Work harder on yourself than you do on your job ~ Jim Rohn

So I'm sat here after what feels like a really unpleasant few weeks. Nothing particularly bad has happened, just lots of little things building up and gaining momentum that have made me feel like I'm dragging a weight behind me that I can't shake. There's little fluff and filler in Tim's words, which is something I really respect about him.
