I work as a professional interim manager and help organisations during times of change. So whenever they have a problem, they call me. I deal in change. I deal in change a lot.

One of the things that my clients pay me for is to quickly embed change into their organisation. Whether that's changes to business processes, changes to culture or simply providing an extra pair of hands when times are tough.
