Whether you work for a large multinational corporation or alone at home working for yourself you will have to, at some point, delegate some task or project out to someone else. But you worry. You worry that they won't do a good enough job and that you'll have to go back and get them to redo things or at worst completely redo the whole task or project yourself. Nightmare! When you're depending on someone else to come through for you on something really important there can be nothing more stressful. Visions flood through your head of your very important task languishing on the edge of a desk somewhere while the person who should be completing it is talking to their friend about what shoes they've brought for the party on Saturday night or finishing off yet another game of Minesweeper.
