So I'm pretty excited about today. It's been a while since I last wrote regularly for my own blog (yes weird I know). Today is the start of a month long series of posts about how to make a change in your life. I'm going to take you through a process of creating change and then producing consistent results in any area of your life. Like I've said I'm really excited about this - hope you are too.
Have you ever tried to make a change? Tried to achieve a goal in life or break a habit? It's something at some point lots of people want to do and many, in respect to them, give it a really good go but we all know of someone who didn't manage to stick to their New Year's resolution. So how to you do it and make it stick? How can you change your life in some way for the better? The process and techniques I want to share with you are an amalgamation of different ideas from some of the world's leading thinkers and motivational experts. They are pieces of the puzzle that when fitted together work for me so hopefully they will work for you. If you follow this series through and complete each step along the way you will have a clearer focus and be able to start producing consistant results in any area of your life. Read More
